We are seeking a Legal Counsel to support the drafting, analysis, management, and legal compliance of international contracts.
Job responsibilities։
Draft, review, and manage international contracts
Maintain and update the contract database
Monitor the company’s contractual obligations
Ensure contracts comply with applicable legal requirements
Communicate with international partners on legal matters and support negotiations
Track contract deadlines and handle extensions and amendments
Participate in international audits and prepare required documentation
Assess legal risks associated with contracts
Provide legal consulting and training to internal departments on contract-related matters
Required qualifications։
Higher education in Law
Minimum 3 years of professional legal experience
Strong knowledge of international private law and contract law
Familiarity with Armenian legislation and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation 2016/679)
Practical experience in contract drafting, management, and compliance
Excellent command of Armenian, Russian, and English
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Effective verbal and written communication skills
High sense of responsibility and discretion
Ability to work independently and proactively
